We coordinate customer requirements with suitable manufacturers and suppliers. Depending on the project, this may include product selection, formulation requirements, packaging options, label design coordination, and production planning.

Each project is evaluated according to product specifications, minimum order quantities, sample availability, documentation, lead times, and target-market requirements. Custom formulations and exclusive arrangements are subject to technical feasibility and a separate agreement.

Before an order is confirmed, we work with the customer and relevant suppliers to clarify the product scope, responsibilities, pricing, and delivery conditions.
